Extended Selling Timeframe
We begin selling the moment the contract is signed. The more time we have to sell your items, the more likely we will be able to get the best value for them. We also can continue to sell appropriate items at our retail location after the sale ends for up to 90 days. What this means is you will continue to get paid for 90 days post-estate sale. Most estate companies do not have a physical retail location where they can offer this.
Marketing Your Estate Sale
We have a large database of committed customers who have attended our sales for years, and that list grows at every sale we host! We also will advertise your Estate Sale on all local platforms (Craigslist, Facebook, Nextdoor, etc.) and list it on Estatesales.net to reach a wider audience. We also provide extensive signage the day(s) of the sale.
No Hidden Fees
We have NO hidden staffing or set-up fees. We supply all of our own tables, bins, and other supplies needed to host a sale. We also cover the marketing charge that Estatesales.net typically charges. We will go over any additional fees that might be included during the contract review, so you will agree to everything upfront. Nothing hidden!

Melanie and Sue have been hosting estate sales in San Diego county for 15 years. They are a powerhouse mother/daughter team that gets the job done.
